Please note the following:

• These times are only approximations and may change without prior notice due to walkovers or delays.
• Match reschedules are NOT possible due to practical constraints.
• Teams are required to be present at the venue and confirm their registrations and check-in at the Registration Desk at least 2 hours prior to the stated match time.
• Teams that are not past the grace time mentioned in the rules will be given walkovers.
• The Registration Desk is open from 09:30 a.m. on 08th December 2017 at the venue.
• Teams need to check-in daily at the venue when they arrive.
